Fama-presents.com aims to ensure that all customers are fully satisfied at every stage of their purchase. Therefore, if the item you received does not meet your expectations or your plans have changed, you may return it.

Returns can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item.

Please note that an item can be returned if:

• the item has not been used;
• the original packaging is fully preserved;
• the sales receipt has been kept.

Return instructions:

1. Take clear photos of the item, which must be in perfect condition, with all tags attached and without any signs of use, as well as a photo of the sales receipt.
2. Send the materials using one of the convenient methods below:

3. Reason for return: we would appreciate it if you clearly and politely indicate the reason for the return.
4. Wait for a response: a manager will process your request and contact you by email or via Telegram to discuss the next steps of the return process.

If the item has a defect or was damaged:

1. Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item immediately upon receipt — this must be done at the delivery service branch or in the presence of the courier.

3. Our managers will help you file a claim with the carrier to receive compensation.

List of items that, according to Ukrainian legislation, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, are not subject to exchange or return if they are of proper quality:

• Jewelry: items made of precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones.
• Custom orders: personalized items or products made according to your special order.
• Personal-use items: soft toys, as well as used items.
• Collectible and unique items: meteorites, antiques, old books, and works of art.
• Items with damaged packaging: items with damaged original packaging, if this affects the integrity of the product or its hygienic properties.

The full list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Please note that all delivery and return shipping costs for goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer.
